Retreat Facilitators

Jessica Inman

Jessica 's love for Yoga and Ayurvedic medicine began in 2009 when she found that her Yoga practice and application of Ayurvedic principles into her life were bringing her a profound understanding of  herself and her body along with a level of wellbeing she had previously not known was possible. After completing her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher training in 2014, and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist training in 2015, her life path led her to the Peruvian Amazon where she dedicated herself and her life to learning indigenous healing practices with Amazonian Master Plants. After supporting hundreds of people through their Ayahuasca ceremonies and healing processes, she has found Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda to be hugely beneficial tools for post-ceremony integration and for establishing a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Alongside co-ordinating healing retreats in the Peruvian Andes, she offers Ayurvedic guidance and Yoga classes to retreat participants and external clients as methods towards enhanced health and wellbeing and to facilitate a deeper connection and understanding with oneself and the world we live in.

During this retreat, she'll be guiding you through two two-hour sessions to discover your Ayurvedic mind-body constitution and to learn some easlity applied Ayurvedic self-care practices that can be incorporated into your everyday life for your improved health, wellbeing and self-understanding. She'll also be guiding you through some long Yoga Nidra sessions in the evenings for deep rest and introspection.

Laura Xirinachs Batalla

"Hello, my name is Laura. Around 2010 I started going to Yoga classes as a way to deal with my unhappiness in the Life choices I was making. Little did I know these practices were carving a pathway to connect with the Divine In 2014 I decided to change my career and dedicate myself to learning and teaching Yoga, carving that doorway even deeper. These practices opened the doors into a new world of reverence to the Earth and Living Beings. On the path, I discovered the magic of breathwork and plants which solidified this surrendering to the Divine. Nowadays, I share and pracitce these tools as a way of consciously creating a contauber for the Divine in daily life."

Laura will be guiding you through a Yoga class designed to bring you towards a deeper understanding and connection with your body, mind and breath.
